It looks like Elena Kagan — who was involved in crafting the strategy to ram ObamaCare through Congress — won’t be recusing herself from ruling on its obvious unconstitutionality now that Comrade Obama has placed her on the Supremes:
If Kagan does cast her predictable vote on this outrage, our government will have taken another large step toward complete illegitimacy as the line between leaders and rulers is definitively crossed. If she does not recuse herself, she must be impeached.
