One is to block people from voting, or to intimidate them from voting, as the Ku Klux Klan did. But there is another civil right that every one of you has: it is the right not to have your vote canceled out. If there are people who do not have ID, I say, let's get them one. The ID should be free, and it should be easy to obtain. And speak up about these problems: the more the public speaks up, the easier it will be to solve them.
The basic trajectory of this race was set months ago. We have a very weak economy. We have an unstable foreign situation.
Now, history is not determinative, but the White House is very, nervous: they cannot break through 50.
