Is the NSA Rejecting All Freedom of Information Act Requests from U.S. Citizens? | TheBlaze.com: Clayton Seymour recently sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the National Security Agency; the IT specialist was interested in knowing if the NSA was collecting data on him.
