Obama: 'Everybody Is a Winner!' | The Weekly Standard: President Obama declared everyone "a winnner" at the White House Easter Egg Roll:
Before the president came out on the Truman Balcony the Marine Corp Band played several children's songs including the Sesame Street Theme song and Rubber Ducky.
Joined by the Easter bunny and 12 year old singer from Philadelphia Cam Anthony, the president and First Lady welcomed attendees on the Truman Balcony.
President is wearing a bluish grey striped. button down, no tie and khakis.
