Texas Gun Smuggling Ring with Ties to Mexico Busted: -Seven Houston men pled guilty to various charges tied to a weapons smuggling ring, according to court documents obtained by Breitbart Texas. The illegal operation reportedly had ties to Mexico.
An indictment obtained by Breitbart Texas alleges that the defendants exported, sold and sent firearms, which were obtained illegally, from the United States. They are accused of running the scheme "in a manner that facilitated the transportation, concealment, or sale of such firearms prior to exportation, knowing the same to be intended for exportation from the United States to Mexico, contrary to any law or regulation of the United States."
