Google Must Honor Requests to Delete Some Links, E.U. Court Says - NYTimes.com: BRUSSELS — The highest court in the European Union decided on Tuesday that Google must grant users of its search engine a right to delete links about themselves in some cases, including links to legal records.

The decision by the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg is a blow for Google, which has sought to avoid the obligation to remove links when requested by European users of its service
