Obama Complains About Ferguson Violence in Speech to UN About ISIS: Addressing the opening of the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday, President Barack Obama spoke about the need to defeat extremism abroad--and cited racial tension in Ferguson, Missouri at home.

The president had just told the assembled delegates and heads of state of the need to confront terror groups like ISIS, as well as extremism within Muslim communities. Then, as if to anticipate criticism of the U.S., he said:
