Rick Perry's Prosecutor Faces Jail Time For Intimidating Witness: The special prosecutor tasked with going after Texas Governor Rick Perry is in some hot water of his own.
KWTX reports that Michael McCrum, the lawyer appointed to prosecute Perry in Travis County, Texas, could himself be facing six months in prison for telling a witness in a manslaughter case in a different jurisdiction to “get lost for awhile,” prohibiting her from testifying.
