Creep taunts cops on radio with bogus call of police shooting | New York Post

Creep taunts cops on radio with bogus call of police shooting | New York Post: The NYPD is being harassed by calls over an unauthorized police radio.

The anonymous creep has been transmitting nonsensical noises, bogus calls about a cop being shot, and taunts and threats against the duty captain of the Manhattan South precinct, according to police sources and recordings of the transmissions.

At around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, calls that a cop was shot in the South Bronx sent scores of police, EMS, ESU and other unit personnel rushing to the scene.

Shortly afterward, a radio call came in threatening the captain.
