IRLI sues the Obama Administration for records related to its unlawful open-borders programs: On behalf of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) announced today that it has filed a lawsuit (attached here) in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia seeking records from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) concerning the Obama Administration’s unlawful amnesty programs and coordination with open-borders lobbyists. (Federation for American Immigration Reform v. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Civil No.1:16-cv-01639). The records being sought span eight separate requests, each of which has been unlawfully stonewalled by the agency.
