Trump dismisses 'Russia/CIA card' | TheHill: President-elect Donald Trump on Monday cast doubt on the secret CIA assessment that concluded Russia intervened in the U.S. presidential election to help him win the White House.

Trump in a subsequent tweet said it is very difficult to determine who is responsible for hacks unless you catch them "in the act."
"Why wasn't this brought up before the election?" he asked.
