Apple Apologizes For Eavesdropping, Says 'Won't Do It Again' - Sara A. Carter: Back in July it was revealed that external contractors working for Apple, were listening in to all conversations captured by ‘Siri’. The major concern was that the Apple voice assistant could be easily activated and pick up on private conversations from users.
Now Apple has come forward and apologized for letting these external contractors listen to users. In a post on Apple’s own blog, they said that it will require users to opt in to having their records listened to by human reviewers.
