Ex-con dodges parole violation, gets accused of Queens rape - New York Daily News: An ex-con slipped through the legal cracks after a list of potential parole violations, and less than a year later, was busted for a sickening rape, the Daily News has learned.
Police charge that on Sept. 16, Joshua (Looney) Henderson, 33, sneaked through an unlocked apartment window of a 48-year-old woman near Howard Beach and Ozone Park who found him in her bedroom.
He allegedly stole both money and jewelry, then tied up the woman and a 25-year-old son, presenting her with an unimaginably cruel choice, police said.
“I can choke you and kill you with this pillow," he said, according to the criminal complaint. "You can have sex with me or I will force you to have sex with your son.”
