Suspect Shoots Man In Front Of Two Children - The Tatum Report: Just released NYPD News video captured a horrific act of evil. In broad daylight, on a busy street in the Bronx, near 1551 Sheridan Ave., a masked suspect chases and then shoots a man on a sidewalk. The crime was particularly monstrous because two little girls were entangled with the victim as the suspect shot him. The suspect, dressed in black, his head and face covered by a mask, shoots the man, first in the back and then multiple times in the legs. The suspect is firing his gun within inches of the flailing children. In the video, it’s difficult to determine if the victim is attempting to protect the children or shield himself behind them. Further investigation will likely clarify this aspect.
