Anti-police brutality activists protest at DeWitt Police Department over use of force | WSTM: Anti-police brutality activists lead a protest to the DeWitt Police Department on Friday afternoon over the recent use of force against a woman at the Walmart in East Syracuse. A controversial social media post shows DeWitt police officer Rory Spain punching a woman in the face on July 4th while responding to a reported fight at the store. The officer is on paid administrative until an internal investigation is complete.
