Atlanta Police Sergeant Terminated Following Viral Video - The Tatum Report: An Atlanta police officer has been fired following a viral video that shows him kicking a handcuffed woman in the head. WSB-TV reports, Sgt. Marc Theodule kicked the woman in the head as she was handcuffed and lying on her stomach. The original video posted to Instagram stated, “APD were called to a Summerhill apartment for a domestic incident between a woman and another resident. The woman who was detained on the concrete face down was kicked in the face by an officer after she spat on his boots and pants.”
