This interview just clips the tip of the iceberg. Lightfoot couldn’t even remember the name of Ella French, the 29 year old officer that was murdered two nights before. Chicago has become unsafe, even downtown, why? The inmates are running the asylum and the cops have been restricted from enforcement. They are NOT even allowed to chase a suspect unless they get supervisor approval.
