Investigation: Dog muzzle sent to ex-Tennessee official bought on credit card in her name | WZTV: An investigation by the Tennessee Department of Homeland Security has found a dog muzzle shipped to the state's former top vaccine official had been purchased on a credit card under her name.
The investigation report into Dr. Michelle Fiscus' claim a dog muzzle had been shipped to her office as a threat days before she was fired resulted in an Amazon subpoena.
