Woman Arrested With Knife During Buscaino 'Safer Los Angeles' Press Conference(Video) | News | westsidecurrent.com: A person experiencing homelessness pulled a knife on city councilmember Joe Buscaino during a press conference on the Venice Boardwalk Monday.
Buscaino had just finished speaking to a crowd of more than 100 people about his three-point plan on making the city a safer place for all as a mayoral candidate.
